Mic Test is a small, independently run tool, and we don't currently have a public support channel set up. We know that's not ideal, and we're working on adding a proper way to reach us — check back on this page for an update.

In the meantime, if you're running into a specific problem with your microphone, the FAQ section on the homepage covers the most common issues — permission blocked, the wrong device selected, low volume, background noise, and no sound in playback — with fixes for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
